Return Window
You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Change of Mind Returns

Handmade Variations
As each piece is handmade, minor variations in glaze, texture, and size are inherent to the artisanal process. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for return-24.
